The Peterman Plus concrete warranty assures your concrete surface from developing any surface defects that result from inferior materials or workmanship.  This includes the occurrence if course aggregate pop-outs, scaling, spoiling, dusting or delaminations.  If a defect should appear within 3 years of the installation of your Peterman Plus concrete, the owner understands and agrees that the liability of Peterman Concrete Company or the Certified Contractor is limited to the breaching party replacing or repairing the defective concrete. The decision as to whether the defective concrete shall be replaced or repaired shall be made at the sole discretion of the breaching party.
